In this story four friends from similar rural backgrounds have formed The Golden Gears, a Rock & Roll band based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

The odds seem to be stacked against them or something and there are probably other compelling plot points that require masterful doses of foreshadowing, etc., but we're going to stick to the basics. Genres are crap. The bands that they listen to are not relevant to this story and let's face it, no one is reinventing the wheel. This band was formed over a love of great songwriting and stripped down tones.

Look, here's how this works: Come to one of their shows and if you like it, you like it ... If you don't, then something is probably wrong with you. You probably have bad taste ... or a brain tumor. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that's probably what it is. Don't get mad at me because you don't go to the doctor at regular intervals.
